The MXTZ team is comprised of professionals each with 15 or more years of service in their respective fields. Our president & CEO Dr. James A. Warner, is a former music educator and administrator with over 30 years of experience in the classroom, as a department head, and a college professor. His passion for teaching music to students of all ages drove his desire to bring this platform to the marketplace over two decades ago. Today, as our world shifts to a more virtual existence, Dr. Warner’s dreams are being manifested in the creation of this platform which will make education equitable and accessible for students, no matter their location or economic status.
Our Founder & MXTZ Inventor
Dr. James A. Warner was born in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands where he first developed his love of playing the trumpet at the age of nine. Despite his discovery of the instrument that would go on to shape his career and destiny, Dr. Warner was initially declined admission into the concert band at his middle school. However, his tenacity and perseverance changed that and he would go on to establish himself as a highly respected and revered music educator in the Atlanta metro area. His love of music was a constant force that propelled him to major in music at Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, North Carolina where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education. He went on to complete his Masters of Music Education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and would later earn an Ph.D. in Music Education from University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Greensboro, North Carolina. Dr. Warner also recently obtained his Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia in 2020. He is a committed leader whose persistence comes from overcoming life-threatening challenges and having a strong sense of faith. He resides in Georgia with his wife and children.

At the core of our company is a desire to create an emotionally intelligent and equitable learning platform for students to interact with instructors and each other for generations to come.

Our patent-pending and fully integrated IoT service provides high levels of safety, security, engagement, and productivity without the worry of buffered streams and frozen screens while conducting meetings and class sessions. As an education technology service provider, the MXTZ system integrates with a school’s server to seamlessly stream data to our mobile Apps and PaaS. Our use of artificial intelligence (AI), application programming interface (API), machine learning, social and emotional learning, and intelligence (SELI), and logistical regressions lead to improved feedback, instruction and production within educational, work, and communities. MXTZ increases student engagement and teacher intentionality for enhanced academic performance which results in school, school systems and universities achieving higher levels of pre-college and college graduation rates, career readiness, recruitment, retention, and professionalism.
MEET OUR FOUNDERS
Dr. James A. Warner
Dr. James A. Warner was born on the Island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI). For the past three decades, he served as an educator at the primary, middle, secondary and collegiate levels in roles ranging from band director to Area of Music Coordinator. Dr. Warner earned his Bachelor in Music Education from Fayetteville State University, Masters in Music Education from Miami University, a Ph.D. in Music Education from UNC-Greensboro, as well as an MBA in Management and Marketing and Educational Leadership Certification from the University of North Georgia.
Dr. Warner has been married to his wife, Jacinth K. Warner, an educator, for over twenty-four years. They are the proud parents of three children: Jalicha, James Jr., and Jaivon. Dr. Warner and his family reside in Georgia and the USVI.
William Hill
William F Hill is the CFO and Co-Founder of MXTZ. Will was born on Long Island, New York. William has been working in the financial industry for over 30 years. He has served in various positions within the banking and financial industry ranging from auto loans, operations, and cash management and analysis. William earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University and Master of Business Administration in Finance from Strayer University.
William is also an entrepreneur and is part owner of HPT Vans LLC which is a transportation company located in Northern Virginia. William is married to Jennifer, his wife of over 27 years. They are proud parents of two daughters: Jakia, a graduate of James Madison University who is currently working as a data scientist in Dallas TX, and Janay, a high school junior. William and his family reside in Northern Virginia.
Hollis Anthony
Hollis Anthony is the COO and Co-Founder of MXTZ. Hollis was born in Columbus, Georgia. During the last 20 years, he worked in the Information Technology industry, in roles ranging from Network Analyst to Senior IT Support. After serving six years in the U.S. Air Force, and having traveled to several countries and cities around the world, Hollis decided to settle down in Atlanta where his natural curiosity of electronics and desire to help others, led him to the IT industry. He has obtained several IT certifications throughout this career and has found his true passion, the Integration of Security and Compliance sectors. Hollis’ work and life experiences bring a wealth of common sense and practical guidance to MXTZ as we introduce the MXTZ™ Hybrid Digital Learning System (HDLS) to communities and markets worldwide.
Edward Hastings
Edward Hastings is the Chief Management and Accounts Officer (CMAO) of MXTZ. Edward was born on Long Island, Jamaica. Edward is an accomplished accountant with over twenty-three years’ experience in analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and recording accounting transactions. Edward embraces a progressive responsibility in managing accounting personnel, and has taught financial, managerial, and tax accounting at various colleges and universities. Edward earned his Bachelor of Science and MBA in Management and Finance from The New York Institute of Technology and is currently All but Dissertation (ABD) while pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration from Northcentral University.
Edward is married to Pauline, his wife of over 25 years. They are proud parents of two daughters: Daynia and Jada. Edward and his family reside in Georgia.
